Hybrid WFR (Wilderness First Responder)
The Hybrid WFR course model designed by Wilderness Medical Associates includes both an e-learning (30+ hours) and in-person (40+ hours) module. This format allows for the majority of our in-person time to be spent outdoors practicing skills, participating in drills, and doing simulations. The Hybrid WFR is suited for those new to wilderness medicine as well as those with some previous medical experience.
Wednesday, June 15th - Sunday, June 19th, 2022
Instructed by Abby Rowe–owner and president of WMA with decades of work experience in the field including trip leading in most every environment as well as Advanced EMT and Search and Rescue.
Students must be 18 years or over and register by May 4, 2022 to receive access to, and adequately complete, the required online e-module. All students must complete the online learning module in order to attend the in-person session.
If you need to register for multiple people please go through the checkout process for each individual.
